We accept all major credit and debit cards including mastercard, visa, visa electron, maestro, solo and American express. All payments are handled securely by Paypal. You can pay via PayPal using a Credit / Debit card without having a PayPal account, although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Other payment methods

If you wish to you can email your order to us at  detailing your chosen items. These will be reserved for a period of 7 days on your behalf from date of invoice. Once we receive your email order we will email you to advise you of the total cost of your order including delivery charges. Please do not send credit card details via email. Payment can be made via cheque from a UK Account only, or by Postal Order or Bankers Draft in pounds sterling.

Please note that your item will be shipped only once your cheque, Bankers Draft or Postal Order is cleared.


We aim to process all orders within 3 working days (subject to payment clearance) of being placed, although in most cases orders are dispatched on the following working day (excludes Weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Public holidays).

Your order should normally reach you within 3 to 5 working days, after the day you receive your dispatch notification, but could take up 7 days during busier postal periods.

Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail First Class or Signed For Service, depending on the size and weight. Where parcels have been sent by Royal Mail Signed For Service you will be asked for a signature upon receipt. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery.

Delivery Charges

  • UK delivery ~ To keep it as simple as possible we offer a standard rate delivery charge of £2.35 regardless of how many items in your order.

  • International delivery ~Currently we only deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.


We hope you are delighted with your order. However on occasions we know it may be necessary for you to return an item so below is our returns policy.

Please note that as our fabrics are cut to order, cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or faulty.

For all other items we would  be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. Please contact us within 7 working days of delivery to arrange the returning of the item(s) and a refund or exchange. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Please be assured that all items are carefully inspected before leaving us to make sure they're in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us at within 7 working days of delivery to arrange the returning of the item(s) and a refund or exchange. Refunds will include any delivery charges paid. Refunds will be not be issued until the goods have been received back. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item(s) while in your possession, and that they are returned to us unused.

When returning goods, we recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.

We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card.
